What the night felt like.
They waited through dinner instead of forcing a dance floor. When the first song finally dropped, the room actually moved.
Our VP asked who did the music. That has never happened at a sales kickoff. The booth looked like part of the set design.
Forty people in a backyard and it still felt like a night, not a Bluetooth speaker on a folding table.

How far do you travel?
Hartford, Wisconsin is home base. DJ Snipe covers the whole state. There is no travel fee within 60 miles of Hartford. Beyond that, travel is quoted with the date — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Is there a travel fee?
No travel fee inside 60 miles of Hartford — that includes Milwaukee, West Bend, Waukesha, Fond du Lac, and most of southeast Wisconsin. Farther dates in-state are welcome; we will put the mileage on the quote before you book.
Do you DJ weddings in Milwaukee and West Bend?
Yes. DJ Snipe is a wedding DJ based in Hartford, WI — Milwaukee, West Bend, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Fond du Lac are inside the free 60-mile radius. The rest of Wisconsin is booked with travel quoted up front.
Are you a wedding DJ or only a party DJ?
Both. Most nights are weddings — ceremony sound, dinner, and the reception. The same booth covers private parties, corporate events, quinceañeras, and school dances across Wisconsin.
Are you Sniper Entertainment or Snipes Entertainment?
No. This is Snipe Entertainment LLC — DJ Snipe, based in Hartford, Wisconsin, phone (262) 343-2974, snipeentertainment.com. We are not Sniper Entertainment and not Wesley Snipes Entertainment of Maryland.
How much does a wedding DJ cost?
The Wedding set is 5 hours from $1,150 and includes DJ + MC, two 15" speaker tops, and uplighting. Ceremony sound is an add-on: one wireless mic and one PA speaker for $150, or one wireless mic and two PA speakers for $250. Add two 18" subwoofers for $250 or professional lighting for $350. Party nights start at $500 with two 8" tops — swap to 15" tops for $250 (they replace the 8"s). Basic lighting is optional on Party. Club is $85 per hour with a 3-hour minimum — you supply the audio and lighting. Corporate is $2,200 even, with two 15" tops, two 18" subwoofers, and professional lighting included.
Do you take requests?
Yes — with a floor that is actually dancing. Must-plays go on the timeline. Do-not-plays are locked. DJ Snipe will not kill a packed floor to humor one uncle, and will not ignore the couple.
What does setup look like?
Arrival is 60–90 minutes before guest-facing start, load-in through the path your venue prefers, and a sound check before doors. The booth is compact, cable-managed, and gone the same night.
Can you work with our planner?
Yes. Send the run of show. DJ Snipe will put cues on it, join the vendor walkthrough, and take direction from the person holding the timeline.
How do we hold a date?
Send the inquiry with your date and venue. If the night is open, a signed agreement and deposit hold it. Until then, nothing is reserved — weekends move fast.
